Hepatitis C virus helicase crystals, crystallographic structure and methods

Hepatitis C virus helicase has been crystallized as tetragonal and orthorhombic crystals, and the structures of the crystals has been solved. The structure coordinates of the crystal structures are useful for solving the structures of other molecules or molecular complexes.
