A device for the Decontamination of contaminated Groundwater in situ increases the amount of Dissolved Oxygen in groundwater polluted and generates reactive Initiators to remedy the contaminated groundwater. The Apparatus includes a submersible pump, an electrolytic Cell, a chlorine filter and Camera Distribution.The distribution Chamber is vertically oriented and extends longitudinally from the output of the cell. As the Groundwater flows through the plates Loaded in the cell, some molecules are broken down into its component parts of gaseous Hydrogen and gaseous Oxygen.A vertical length of the selected Camera provides a Liquid Resistance time that allows most of gaseous Oxygen to Dissolved oxygen.
