A process in which metal fibers are dispersed, obtained by mixing with water a composition comprising; a) a cement; b) thin elements with pozzolanic reaction; c) granular elements divided between two granular classes C ~ 1 ~ 1 mm and 5 mm and C ~ 2 ~ from 5 to 15 mm; d) cement additions; e) an amount of water E added to the mixture; f) a dispersing agent and preferably a superplasticizer; (g) metallic fibers not exceeding 120 kg / m2 of concrete; the contents of the different constituents (a), (b), (C ~ 1), (C ~ 2 ~), (d) and the quantity of water E expressed in volume, having the following ratios: ratio 1, 0, 50 243 (C2-2) / (C ~ 1 ~) 243 -1.20; ratio 2, 0.25 243 [(a) + (b) + (d)] / [(C2-2) + (C1-2)] 243 0.60; ratio 3, 0.10 243 (b) / (a) 243 0.30; ratio 4, 0.50 243 E / [(a) + (b) + (d)] 243 0.75, ratio 5, (d) / (a) 243 0.2.
