"The preparation of (1s, 2R) - 1,2 - indanodiol through asymmetric reduction of 1,2 - indanodiona mediated by resting cells of Trichosporon cutaneum CCT 1903".In the process of preparation of (1s, 2R) - 1,2 - indanodiol enantiomericamente pure involves: (1) the reduction of 1.2 - indanodiona in an aqueous reaction medium containing cells in resting yeast Trichosporon cutaneum CCT 1903 or any mutant her derivative; and (2) the recovery (extraction) of (1s, 2R) - 1.2 - indanodiol the reaction medium at the end of the reaction.In this process the (1s, 2R) - 1,2 - indanodiol is obtained with an excess enantiomu00e9rico 99% and its recovery in the aqueous phase also includes the separation of any other sub product of the reaction.
