The present invention relates to novel indole derivatives that can be used as estrogenic compounds. Claimed are also pharmaceutical preparations in which the above compounds are comprised and which are used for prevention of bone tissue loss, replacement of estrogens and prevention of heart and vascular diseases after menopause
