In the present invention there are disclosed condensed indole derivatives of the general formula I, in which the individual symbols have specific meaning as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts of those compounds. Said compounds are capable to antagonize 5-Hti4-receptors a therefore they can be used for treating some diseases of stomach and intestinal system, heart and vascular system and disorders of central neural system. In the present invention there are also claimed a process for preparing such substances, pharmaceutical preparations in which said substances are comprised as well as use of the indicated derivatives for preparing the pharmaceutical preparations.
