Essence A device comprises phase-sensitive circuits and joined by the common axis a three-phase synchronous generator 2 and a three-phase synchronous engine 1. On the common axis a fly-wheel 3 is disposed. One shoulder of each phase-sensitive circuit is joined to the respective phase of the control net to feed the engine, and the second shoulder – to the respective phase of the generator. By means of the gear mechanism 4 the stator of the generator is rotated that enables setting of the required angle between the voltage in the net and that produced by the generator. 3.
