t is disclosed herein a dough-like polymer material resulted from the mixture and kneading of chemical raw materials specially selected according to a precise sequence. The polymer in question contains hydrogen or carbamide peroxide, both being drastic substances usable for the whitening of teeth. The polymer allows the pre-shape of the aforementioned mixture into malleable sheets of precise dimensions, which sheets contain in their mass the drastic hydrogen or carbamide peroxide substance, they are packed into individual envelope of soft aluminium or plastic material, and destined to be applied, in a precise space of time, by the patient or the dentist to dental surfaces for whitening them. The product of the present invention dispenseswith dental splints used so far for the application of whitening gel to dental surfaces, without excluding its combinational use therewith.
