The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the surgical devices and may be used for puncture and aspiration of content of the hydatid cyst of the internal organs. Summary of the invention consists in that the device contains a hermetic trocar, having at one end an elastic balloon for air. Moreover, into the trocar there is installed a hollow needle joined with a cylindrical tube with bulge and telescopically joint with another tube, passing into an exterior aspiration pipe, and around the telescopic joint there is installed a helical compression spring, which is maintained at one end by the trocar's body, and at the other one by the bulge, with the possibility of being maintained in the compression state by means of a screw, blocking the bulge. The trocar's body is supplementary equipped with two branch pipes, one of which is provided for the connection with the air pump and communicating via a tube with the aforesaid balloon, and the second one - with the trocar's cavity and being provided for the connection to a vacuum device.
