The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for fluidization and aspiration of hydatid cyst contents in the treatment of hepatic echinococcosis.Summary of the invention consists in performing the laparoscopic approach with the introduction of the optical device and installation of the pneumoperitoneum, afterwards is determined the localization of the hydatid cyst, in the abdominal wall in the cyst projection is performed an additional approach, through which is introduced a guide tube up to the end contact with the cyst capsule, into said tube is introduced another tube with the working end sharpened at an angle of 45°, is perforated the cyst, then by means of the suction device, connected to the outer tube by means of several joints is aspirated the hydatid liquid. Into the inner tube is introduced an electric shredder with a nozzle with helical lamellas and are fragmented the hydatid membranes at a velocity of 500…1000 rev./min, for 3…5 min, up to homogenization, are aspirated the cyst contents, afterwards is treated the remaining cavity.
