The invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology and is intended for treatment of patients with cotyloid cavity fundus fractures. Summary of the invention consists in that onto the basin and femur there is mounted an apparatus of external fixation, it is removed the shift of the femoral head and it is made the centring of the femoral cervix according to its physiological line, then via the femoral cervix, the femoral head and the shifted fragment of the cotyloid cavity fundus, exceeding its wall with 10...15 mm, it is introduced a fixing element in the form of a rod with through hole at the pointed end, wherein it is laparoscopically introduced a bearing element, at the same time the other end thereof is articulately fixed to the support of the apparatus for external fixation, afterwards it is carried out the repositioning of the cotyloid cavity fundus fragments and their fixation, and after the operative intervention there are made passive rotary movements of the hip articulation within the limits of 15...18o with an angular shift velocity not exceeding the pain threshold. The result of the invention is obtaining of a more reliable adaptation of the fragments and in excluding the traumatism of the malacotic tissues surrounding the hip articulation. Claims: 1
