Calcium phosphate delivery vehicle and adjuvant formulated as an injectable paste to enhance adjuvant activity

A calcium phosphate delivery vehicle or adjuvant formulated as an injectable paste and methods of producing the same are disclosed. Such adjuvants consist of at least 40% amorphous calcium phosphate particles and a liquid component. The adjuvant can be fabricated to desired formulations as appropriate and based on the intended purpose. Particle sizes can be adjusted to enhance adjuvant activity. Other supplemental materials may be added as desired and in appropriate proportions to selectively elicit preferred components of the immune system and to enhance the adjuvant's effect on the host response.
