A threaded bore (4) with a screw (5) is arranged in the wall (2d) of the base body to press onto a spring (6). The first end (6a) of the spring presses on the wall and the second end (6b) presses on hinge part (3b). The pressure on the spring can be adjusted using the screw. Preferred Features: The screw has a groove on one end and a guiding pin on the other end which can be centrally positioned so that it holds and positions the spring.
