The invention relates to a filtering-ventilation designed for civil protection shelters with a shelter capacity ranging up to 50 persons. According to the invention, the installation comprises a module (I) mechanically and chemically filtering the air sucked in through an air intake (1), a distribution module for the mechanically filtered air (II) and a module (III) pumping the air to a pressure tubing (16) inside the shelter, said module being made up of a centrifugal blower (12) provided with a rotor (22) comprising 16 bent vanes (34), with quasi-radial arrangement, at an angle of adjustment (theta) equal to the angle (gamma) which subtends the curvature of vane (34), when the ratio between the radius of curvature of the vane (Rcp) and its length (Lp) is equal to the ratio between the angle of adjustment (theta) and the angle (alpha) between two vanes.
