METHOD FOR PREVENTING POSTOPERATIVE COMPLICATIONS OF SURGICAL WOUND IN ANTERIOR ABDOMINAL WALL

The method for preventing the postoperative complications of the surgical wound in the anterior abdominal wall consists in applying the removable cutaneous-aponeurotic sutures. The wound is sewed throughout all the layers with the single sutures. When the ends of the thread are tied up the duplicature of the aponeurotic tissue is formed and the edges of the skin are aligned. The sutures are removed in 15-16 days after surgery and the suturing material is taken away from all the layers of the abdominal wall.
