A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF THE SCATTER REFLECTOR ON THE SOLID METAL BASE, AN APPARATUS FOR REALIZING THE SAME AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF THE TNIN-WALLED CONCENTRATOR

A method for manufacture of the scatter reflector on the solid metal base consists in forming thereof on the liquid concentrator being obtained by unrolling up the liquid. An apparatus for manufacturing the scatter reflector consists of the concentrator and galvanic bath. The concentrator is liquid and is the bottom for the galvanic bath which rotates around vertical axis thereof. A method for manufacturing the thin-walled concentrator consists in the galvanoplastic buildup of the metal on the form (scatter reflector). The scatter reflector represents an elastic film on which the negative concentrator reflection is fixed by means of solid materials.
