The magnetic method for production of the iron-ore concentrate with low content of silica consists in grinding initial ore, hydro-separation of the drain of hydrocyclones and magnetic separation of the sands of hydraulic classifiers. In the cycle of grinding the magnetic hydro-separation of unloads of industrial mills in the greatly heterogeneous fields is used, and the drains of the hydrocyclones are subjected to magnetic hydro-classification, the overflows of which is directed to the initial stage of the process.
