A method for preparing the modified fillers by treatment of surface thereof and subsequent polymerization of vinyl monomers. Treatment and polymerization being performed in vapor-phase mode at the temperature of 50-130 DEGREE C and atmospheric pressure with an additional use of titanium dioxide as filler and epoxy monomers at a weight ratio of filler and monomer equal to (85-40):(15-60).
