METHOD FOR PREDICTING RECURRENCE OF CHRONIC DERMATOSIS

The method for predicting the recurrence of the chronic dermatosis provides for studying the intracellular mechanisms of phagocytosis regulation on the 5-7th days of the treatment. The suspension of the cells is divided into three samples. Each sample is treated with the bacterial mixture and Ç23187 calcium ionophore. In addition, nordihydroguaretic acid is added to the second sample and platelet activation factor with indometacin is added to the third sample. Upon incubation, the phagocytosis index in three samples is estimated and è = PI1-2/PI1-3 is calculated where PI1-2 - PI difference between the first and the second samples and PI1-3 - PI difference between the first and the third samples. When è1, the recurrence of the chronic dermatosis is predicted.
