A method for preparing the cement clinker by kilning the raw mix in the rotary kilns of dry and wet-mix processes of cement production which method involves supply of mineral additive to the clinker from the hot kiln end. Bauxite ores extraction wastes mixture - lignites-bauxites or bauxites with ferruginous quartzites amphibole chip - being used as mineral additive.
