METHOD OF ESTIMATING DISTURBANCE OF THE METABOLISM OF SODIUM-UREIC PEPTIDES IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTONIA

摘要

The proposed method of estimating disturbance of the metabolism of sodium-ureic peptides in patients with hypertonia implies carrying out the laboratory analysis of the patient blood plasma an determining content of sodium-ureic peptides. The method consists in determining content of propeptide of auricular sodium-ureic peptide, N-end propeptide of cerebral sodium-ureic peptide, and vascular sodium-ureic peptide in the same blood sample. The disturbance of the metabolism is diagnosed if the content of the said peptides exceeds, accordingly, 1290 fmol/ml, 350 fmol/ml, and 1.63 pmol/ml.
