METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING DISORDERED DAILY RHYTHM OF ARTERIAL BLOOD PRESSURE IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION

The method for diagnosing the disordered daily rhythm of the arterial blood pressure in the patients with hypertension is based on the round-the-clock monitoring of arterial pressure and the calculation of the daily indices for systolic and diastolicpressure, and the daily coefficient of the arterial pressure: K = (DI SAP + DI DAP)/2, where K - daily coefficient of arterial pressure; DI SAP - daily index of systolic pressure; DI DAP - daily index of diastolic pressure. K7 suggests the labile disorders of the daily rhythm of the arterial blood pressure, while è7 is indicative of the stable disorders.
