METHOD FOR INCREASING THE NUMBER OF STORIES IN A LOW-RISE BUILDING

Method to increase the number of stories in a low-rise building includes mounting of a steel frame skeleton on specially prepared basements, with following fixation of its supports by transverse portals, with arrangement of the walls, installation of elevators and refuse ducts. The walls of the superstructure are arranged as loggias with movable transoms placed near the balconies of the existing building.
