The method for treating the advanced gastric cancer with the intraperitoneal dissemination comprises the resection of the primary tumor, peritonectomy, and intraperitoneal chemotherapy employing 5-fluorouracil and cisplatinum. Postoperatively, leukovorin and doxorubicin are administered for 5 days.
