METHOD FOR COMBINED TREATMENT OF BREAST CANCER PATIENTS WITH MULTIPLE BONE METASTASES

The method for the combined treatment of the breast cancer patients with the multiple bone metastases consists in two-stage radionuclide therapy. At the first stage, 32É is used as dibasic sodium phosphate, first 200-225 MBq per os, than in 7 days 200-225 MBq again. At the second stage, in 4.5 months 89Sr is injected intravenously as chloride with the activity of 150 MBq. Each session of radionuclide therapy is preceded by intravenous injection of Ethiol at a dose of 500 mg, 15 minutes before the administrations of the radionuclides.
