A METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF COGNAC 'RANOK KHERSONESA' (MORNING OF KHERSONES)

A method for the preparation of cognac by blending cognac alcohols of different terms of ageing, including three-and five year ones, with softened water, alcoholized water, sugar syrup and color, treatment of blending and rest after blending. Amount of three year cognac alcohols is of 10-25% of blending volume, five-year one is respectively of 10-20%. Cognac alcohols of six- and more years of ageing are additionally incorporated into the blending at an amount of 7-15%. Cognac alcohols of 4.5 years of ageing are remaining amount of blending.
