The method for assessing the functional state of the vascular endothelium of the arteries consists in the instrumental examination. In particular, the blood flow rate at rest is measured, the reactive hyperemia assay is performed, and blood flow rate is assessed once again upon the reactive hyperemia assay. The coefficient of the susceptibility of the vascular endothelium of the arteries towards the tension of the shift is calculated. The occlusion pletismography is performed, and the coefficient of the susceptibility of the vascular endothelium of the arteries towards the tension of the shift is calculated.
