The metal-hydride hydrogen accumulator has housing filled with metal-hydride, with branch pipes for supply and discharge of hydrogen, with shutoff element and measuring unit. The accumulator is equipped with strain-sensors installed on the housing, those are connected through an amplifier of signal to measuring device, and with impact mechanism placed on the housing for initiation of damped vibrations.
