The method for diagnosis the myocardial infarction and predicting its course consists in analyzing the biochemical parameters, namely the relative contact hemolysis of red blood cells upon the contact of the blood with the plastic tubes and the antihemolysis coating. The percentage of the relative contact hemolysis of red blood cells is calculated as the diagnostic feature. The photometric coefficient of the relative contact hemolysis is indicative for assessing the clinical form of the myocardial infarction and predicting its course.
