The acoustic receiver of a well echo-sounder has housing, connector, rubber damper, the first bimorphic element and protective cover, the second bimorphic element, this is installed in parallel to the first one. Design of each bimorphic element has cup-like shape and those are connected to each other. The positive pole of the first bimorphic element is electrically connected to the negative pole of the second bimorphic element and the first input contact of the unit. The other poles of the bimorphic elements are connected to each other and the second input contact of the unit. The bimorphic elements themselves are through rubber damper connected to the housing on which a protective cover is installed, this has protective mesh and a ring for its fixation.
