PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape measuring apparatus for underwater acoustic receiver group, with which the shape of an underwater acoustic receiver group and a noise can be measured precisely with a simple constitution, and to provide a noise measuring apparatus which is equipped with an underwater-acoustic-receiver formation and processing function.;SOLUTION: The shape measuring apparatus is provided with a monitoring and processing part where an electric signal in which an acoustic signal radiated from an acoustic signal generator 2 equipped at a test ship 1 is converted by respective acoustic receivers (a1, a2, a3,..., an) in the underwater acoustic receiver group 4 is fetched by an arrival-time difference measuring device 11 while the reference acoustic receiver (a1) as a reference is used as a trigger, and its data is displayed on a monitoring screen. The shape measuring apparatus is provided with an arrival-time-difference calculation and processing part which calculates the arrival time difference between the respective acoustic receivers when the receiver (a1) is used as the reference. The shape measuring apparatus is provided with a shape display and processing part where sound velocity is used from the arrival time difference between the respective acoustic receivers when the receiver (a1) is used as the reference, the deviation between the respective acoustic receivers is found when the receiver (a1) is used as the reference and the shape of the acoustic receiver group 4 is displayed in real time on the basis of the deviation between the respective acoustic receivers. A correction-value calculation and processing operation which finds a correction value on the basis of the deviation between the respective acoustic receivers when the receiver (a1) is used as the reference is performed.
