Equipment for making a brine express-brynza contains a drain table with walls and a discharge opening, a perforated frame and a lid. A perforated tray is arranged inside the drain table, directly on bottom thereof. The tray contains flat supports projecting outside limits thereof. The perforated frame is made in such a manner as to allow placing thereof on the projecting parts of the supports.
