The stent has two pieces (1,10) and a first stem (2) fixed on a bone lane, where the pieces are made of stainless steel or alloy of chromium, cobalt and molybdenum. A maximum flexion cap is provided on an axis of an input shaft. An opening is formed on the stem. A second stem (11) is provided on an opposite side of an article plate. A third stem (14) is formed in a spherical body (12) of the plate.
