The fabrication of polyurethane-based vehicle roof strengthener comprises sandwiching of a layer of Kraft paper between two polyethylene layers, and sandwiching of a layer of foam between two such sandwiched assemblies, for molding and cutting to size. The foam components are a mixture of polyols and additives, and modified methylene diisocyanate respectively.
