The plant irrigation control system (1) has sensors (8) for detecting the flow and pressure of fluid circulating in the hydraulic valves (7). An irrigation controller (6) receives data, related to ground humidity and different environmental variables, from the probes (3,4) via control unit (2). The sensors transmit detection signal to the controller to indicate that the valves are working properly.
