An atropo-isomeric phosphorated ligand chiral formula (1) having symmetry C1, in optically active form or in racemic form ** ** FORMULA wherein the atoms A, B, C, D, E and F, which are identical or different, are carbon atoms or hetero-atoms selected from oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur, which form together an aromatic moiety Ar of Het, wherein Ar is selected from a pentatomic heterocyclic residue and phenyl, and Het is a pentatomic heterocyclic residue, and where said pentatomic heterocyclic aromatic residue contains 1 or 2 hetero-atoms, equal or different, selected from the group consisting of -O-, -S- -y - NR 3, wherein R3 = H, an alkyl group, an aromatic group, a group-P1 (R1) 2, or a nitrogen atom comprised as hetero-atom in the other pentatomic heterocyclic residue belonging to the structure of formula (I); i = 0, 1 when i = 1, F is a carbon atom; R1 and R2 attached to phosphorus are identical or different atoms from each other, are alkyl groups eligenentre C3-C10 linear, branched or cyclic carbocyclic aromatic group and a heterocyclic aromatic group having 5-6 members inthe cycle, containing one or more hetero-atoms selected from oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen, wherein said heterocyclic aromatic group or carbocyclic is optionally substituted by one or more groups selected from a C1-C10 linear or branched, an alkoxy group C1-C10 linear or branched, a halogen, -COOR4, -SO3R4 and -NR5R6; wherein R4 is selected from H, alkyl, aryl, alkaline or alkaline earth metal, -NH4 + and alkylammonium cation having from 4 to 20 carbon atoms; and wherein R5 and R6, identical or different, are H or alkyl; or R1 and R2 together with the phosphorus atom, form a heterocycle having 3-6 ring atoms, optionally substituted by alkyl C1-C10 linear or branched; X is -O- or -N (R7) - group, wherein R, is selected from H, alkyl or phenyl; n is 0 or 1, when Ar is a heterocyclic aromatic residue, and n is 1, when Ar is phenyl; Q1, Q2, Z1 and Z2, identical or different, are selected from the group consisting of H, C1-C10 linear, branched or cyclic C1-C10 linear or branched, phenyl and halogen, or Q1 together with Z1, or Q2 together with Z2, form a carbocyclic aromatic ring selected from phenyl and naphthyl, said carbocyclic aromatic ring optionally substituted with one or more groups T, wherein T is chosen from halogen, C1-C10 alkoxyl C1-C10 being, -COOR4i -SO3R4 and -NR5R6, wherein R4 is selected from H, C1-C10 alkyl, phenyl, alkaline or alkaline earth metal, -NH4 + or alkylammonium cation C4-C12 alkyl, and wherein R5 and R6, equal or different, are selected from H and C1-C10 alkyl; and wherein -P1 (R1) 2 and - (X) n-P2 (R2) 2 are bound to the corresponding carbocyclic or heterocyclic aromatic residue through a carbon atom of said aromatic residue or by an atom as heteroatom nitrógenocomprendido one pentatomic heterocyclic residue; also presenting said phosphorated ligands:
