The construction system includes pouring of a strong foundation of concrete (1) on a floor. The concrete mass is set and dried, and multiple pillars (2) are placed in correspondence with the walls of the housing. The pillars are provided to give solidarity to the concrete base by using a bracket (3) and screws. The pillars are associated by free ends through horizontal beams (5) through other brackets and screws. A moisture chipboard is provided for supporting plastic tiles in the upper part.
