The instantaneous preparation of a water-ice and orgeat consists of producing a concentrate of between 30 and 60 per cent of the total final product, using all the ingredients for providing a satisfactory taste. There is insufficient water up to 100 per cent of the product, which is then deep-frozen, so that it can be manipulated easily to obtain the product in the quantity in which it is desired. The remaining percentage of water can be then added.
