The dental implant (1) comprises a threaded bar (2,6,9,10) with an end (8) for insertion in the bone mass and an opposite end (3,4) for receiving components of the dental implant together with an axial hole for coupling them. In its frontal introduction end it presents in a combined form with a blunt conical end with three cutting channels, a threading with the first three threads for improving insertion and at the opposite end between the end head in which the orifice opens and the end of the threaded body is an intermediate biological zone widened in diameter. The biological zone is successively cylindrical and blunt-conical with a transversal implant retention groove in the conical part.
