The cut edge defines a swarf cleaning anterior surface by considering a drilling rotation direction (Rd), and defines a flank surface (72) located in a posterior position with respect to the rotation direction. The flank surface includes a lateral relief (73), by compaction of a wall of a hole, in a form of a screw thread section presenting negative axial pitch in consideration of the rotation direction.
