3The process presents a pair preparing 2 - [(2-thienyl) ethylamino] -2 (2-halophenyl) -acetonitrilos of general formula (I) starting from 2- (2-ethylamino) -ethyl-amino , o-halogeno alcalicianuro and benzaldehyde. The compounds of general formula (I) are valuable intermediates.
