The cylinder has an external cylindrical body (1) arranged on a side wall of a base. A piston rod (3) is axially slid in an inner side of the cylindrical body. A ferrule holder (5) limits length of a stroke part of the rod. An axial chamber (6) is arranged between the piston rod and a lateral wall of the external cylindrical body on the base. An annular chamber (7) is positioned between the external cylindrical body and a retainer cap. A branch (9) is installed on a side wall of the cylindrical body and formed with a hole (11).
