The waste rubber recycling based e.g. fuel oils fabrication comprises thermal decomposition of the polymer material of e.g. rubber tires, for synthetic oils production. The process has a kiln with a gas preheater, a particulate separator, a molybdenum catalyst bed, a condenser, and solids and liquids collectors. The only solid residue produces is carbon black.
