Treating composite waste materials, comprises: introducing wastes into a reactor; heating and thermally decomposing wastes with a thermal agent; evacuating solid and gaseous decomposition products from the reactor; and combustion of gas, which is distinguished by heating wastes at a temperature of 280-1100[deg] C using the radiation from the radiating body of the reactor and by filtrating thermal agent by the layer of wastes for 70-120 minutes.
