Disclosed are a system and method to control a cellular radiocommunicationsnetwork, inparticular according to the GSM standard. The system of control comprises:fixed meansfor the recording and time-stamping of signalling information travellingthrough at leastone interface among the various types of interfaces capable of being observed(such as, inparticular, the Abis, A, "CCITT signalling system No. 7" and MAP interfaces);fixed meansfor the centralization of the recorded and time-stamped signalling data; meansfor theassociation of localization information with said signalling information so asto preciselylocalize segments of said cellular network located downline from eachinterface on whichsignalling information is recorded.
