This is an invention that allows for the rapid installation of the light toany metallicstructure by means of a magnetic base. The apparatus can be use as a regularflashlight or as an emergency signal light. The apparatus is powered by asingleor a plurality of flat batteries and is activated by a switch on the upperside on theapparatus. The system is composed of a robust plastic casing, a single or aplurality of powerful LED light, a power source, a digital circuit activatedby adouble action switch to generate a continuous light or a pattern and amagneticbase.
