A multidisplay control method, a multidisplay control program, and arecording medium containing the multidisplay control program which allowseasy control over screen display on a multidisplay consisting of a pluralityofdisplays. The multidisplay control method instructs a computer to execute anapplication designating step for designating an application to be displayed onthe multidisplay; a display designating step for displaying a layout of thedisplays on a screen, and for designating, on the screen, a combination ofdisplays for the application designated in the application designating step tobedisplayed on; and an application display step for displaying the applicationdesignated in the application designating step onto the combination ofdisplaysdesignated in the display designating step.
