PURPOSE: Provided is an outside-in hollow fiber membrane having support body including mono filament yarn which is advantageous in flexibility and has large surface area by concave-convex on the surface thereof so that it is securely attached to a coating layer, and further provided are a method for fabricating the same membrane and an apparatus for fabricating the same membrane. CONSTITUTION: The membrane is prepared by weaving mono filament yarn itself or weaving mixture of mono filament yarn and multi filament yarn with a mixing ratio of 1:1 to 63:1. The apparatus comprises a main body, a central nozzle extending in vertical direction penetrating through the main body, a support inlet(8) formed at an upper end of the central nozzle for inserting the support to the central nozzle, a spinning solution inlet(9) formed at a side of the main body, a nozzle(10) being connected to a middle portion of the central nozzle for spraying the spinning solution to the support, and a hollow fiber membrane discharge hole(11) formed at a lower end of the central nozzle.
