Method of determining concentration profiles using Infrared profiles and HPLC data

The concentrations are determined from the coefficients of infrared proportionality and HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) data for the medium. The infrared spectra are measured as a function of time, and a second measurement is taken from an analysis technique proportional to the concentration of the component in the medium. There is no previous calibration of the two measuring apparatus required.
