The present invention provides methods especially to combine RNA sequence to participate in the pathogenesis or regulation of physiological functions of disease for screening bioactive compound. The method is related to the target RNA of assessment and/or conformational stability whether there is or not test ligands, and causes measurable change target rna stability and/or construction for any test ligand one of ligand. In a preferred embodiment, the ligand of the effect has captured the fluorescence polarization label probe fluorescent marker of target rna stability and/or construction evaluation by measure.
